Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using CelebrityMeet. These terms govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and content.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CelebrityMeet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including fans, celebrities, mentors, and visitors.
2. Use of the Platform
CelebrityMeet provides a platform for fans to book private video sessions with celebrities, athletes, musicians, and professional mentors. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and book sessions.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. CelebrityMeet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices are set by individual talent and may change at any time. By completing a booking, you agree to pay the stated price including any applicable fees.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Fans may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable unless the celebrity cancels. If a celebrity cancels, fans will receive a full refund within 3–5 business days.
6. Conduct During Sessions
All users must conduct themselves respectfully during video sessions. Harassment, threats, explicit content, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. Sessions may be monitored for safety and compliance purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on CelebrityMeet, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by CelebrityMeet or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Session recordings are prohibited without explicit consent from all parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
CelebrityMeet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the session in question.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of CelebrityMeet after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
