Booking Rules & Regulations
These rules apply to every session booked on CelebrityMeet. By confirming a booking you agree to abide by all policies below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Zero Tolerance Policy
Sexual messages, nude photos, and obscene content are strictly prohibited and constitute a criminal offence. Violations are reported directly to the Cyber Crime Department and Police. Read Full Safety Declaration →
Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to book a session on CelebrityMeet.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Each booking is personal and non-transferable — you may not share or resell your session slot.
- CelebrityMeet reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Session Conduct
- All sessions are private, one-on-one video calls between the fan and the celebrity.
- Recording, screenshotting, or streaming any part of the session is strictly prohibited.
- Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate session termination and account ban.
- You agree to treat the celebrity with respect and professionalism at all times.
- Sessions must be used for the stated purpose (e.g. Fan Chat, Career Advice) — misuse may result in cancellation without refund.
Scheduling & Punctuality
- Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Please join at least 5 minutes early.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be forfeited without refund.
- Celebrities may occasionally run late due to unforeseen circumstances — you will be notified and offered a reschedule.
- Time slots are in the celebrity's local timezone unless otherwise stated. Please verify your timezone before booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.
- If a celebrity cancels, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
- Rescheduling is subject to the celebrity's availability and must be done through your Fan Dashboard.
- No-shows (fan does not join) are non-refundable.
Privacy & Confidentiality
- Any personal information shared during a session is confidential and must not be disclosed publicly.
- CelebrityMeet does not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
- Celebrities are bound by confidentiality agreements and may not share details of your session.
- Do not share sensitive personal information (financial details, passwords, etc.) during sessions.
Prohibited Activities
- Soliciting personal contact details (phone numbers, personal email, home address) from celebrities is prohibited.
- Any attempt to arrange off-platform meetings or transactions is a violation of these rules.
- Sharing, selling, or distributing session content in any form is strictly forbidden.
- Using sessions for commercial purposes (e.g. recording for advertising) without explicit written consent is prohibited.
- Impersonating another person or using a false identity to book a session is not permitted.
Content & Communication
- All communication during sessions must comply with applicable laws and community standards.
- Hate speech, discriminatory language, or content that demeans any individual or group is not tolerated.
- CelebrityMeet reserves the right to monitor sessions for safety and compliance purposes.
- Any illegal activity conducted during a session will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Reviews & Ratings
- Post-session reviews must be honest, fair, and based on your actual experience.
- Fake, defamatory, or malicious reviews are prohibited and will be removed.
- Celebrities may respond to reviews publicly on their profile.
- Repeated abuse of the review system may result in account suspension.

By completing a booking on CelebrityMeet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Booking Rules & Regulations, our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Safety Declaration.
